Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, certificate and tags intact
• Customised or energised-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective

Return Process

Raise a request from your Orders page or contact support. We'll arrange a reverse pickup where available, or share a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, mukhi or stone? We're happy to exchange eligible items — just mention it when raising your request.
